In December, I presented an 11-page memo on why having a defined 2U Operating System is one of the most important things we need to be successful as an organization. I also unveiled many aspects of it during a Sales & Marketing Offsite. In both cases, there were positive signs and buy-in from the stakeholders. I then outline what my plan for January and the foreseeable future is with building an organizational OS.

In November, I held my first TLDR of Life course session. I was on pace to hold a second session but extenuating circumstances curbed that. However, I was able to pivot the combination of that vacuum of a second class as well as some deep journaling topics into starting to create an organizational operating system for 2ULaundry.

In October, I brainstormed all of my ideas for what could be included in a course about life balance, happiness, and realizing our full potential. I initially decided to only open it up to colleagues as I wanted to treat this like a beta test. I 'went to market' with it and scheduled out the sessions. Only time will tell how it continues to develop.
